Jeangout is not a name that came out of nowhere. For more than forty years, Annick has been guiding women in the recovery of their self-image through Haarkliniek by Jeangout – with empathy, care, and a deep understanding of what such a journey truly means. That experience is the foundation of the Tepelinstituut by Jeangout. Together with the entire team, we remain true to our approach: a combination of professional expertise and human warmth. We know where the difficult moments are, we empathize, and we instill confidence - every step of the way.

ANNICK

“Where medicine stops, we continue!”

Annick has been working for almost 30 years at the Hair Clinic by Jeangout in Sint-Niklaas, where she helps people with cancer before, during, and after their treatment. In May 2022, during a chance conversation on a terrace in Paris - with 2 lovely ladies - a new initiative came her way that she couldn't refuse. The ladies turned out to be friends with breast cancer survivors who took the initiative to create handmade, 3D nipple prostheses. Having gone through everything themselves, they know better than anyone what is needed. Annick was immediately attached to the project and could do nothing but put her shoulder to the wheel.

Losing hair and/or nipples is very impactful and has a significant effect on people's self-esteem and social life. Some come in with a very low self-image, and later I see them leave radiantly. That gives an incredibly good feeling. It is immensely satisfying to give people strength, confidence, and control back over their lives. For us, it's not about products or procedures - it's about people.
