WE GUIDE PATIENTS FROM THE BEGINNING

with care, empathy, and expertise.

Together we will search for the right shape, color, and size of the nipple prosthesis, using innovative 3D technology and personal molds. The result is not a standard product, but a unique and intimate part of their recovery.

First, we listen to the patient and review the entire recovery process. Are we dealing with unilateral or bilateral mastectomy or with other pathologies? Then we tell our story and inform about the different options for nipple prostheses: ready-to-use or custom-made. Together we try to determine what the best possible solution could be.

We first look for similarities among the ready-made 3D nipple prostheses. Similarities in nipple that has the right color and shape and areola in size and color. If this is among them, we will together look in the mirror for the right placement on the upper body to attach the nipple prosthesis(es). A little more to the left and right, a little up and down… adjustments are made until the overall image fits. And then you see yourself in the mirror for the first time again with nipples. Many have to swallow hard at that moment…

If this is what you want, then we will place the nipple prosthesis(es) together with you and you will step outside with it.

IF CUSTOM WORK IS REQUIRED

Here, a mold is first made of the existing nipple and areola. We determine the color and shape of the nipple and areola and establish the correct dimensions. In this case, there is a waiting period of 12 weeks.

As soon as the nipple prosthesis is ready, you will receive a call from us to place it together with you. We guide you in the placement and provide aftercare and follow-up, always with the same personal involvement.
